Fees' policy

Most notarial activities are subject to a tariff set by decree. The rates of notaries’ services are therefore identical regardless of the client, the notary or the geographical area. The fee is either set or proportional to the capital involved in the transaction.

In addition, notaries may act as counsels or drafters of certain non-tariffed contracts. They are then remunerated under a fee agreement freely negotiated with their client.
